Things to remember when hiring one of my caravans:

• you can use the facilities on Martello Beach, Seawick & St Osyth Beach regardless of which one you’re staying at.

• all of my vans are pet friendly

• dog walking areas on each park

• strictly no smoking in the caravans, however ashtrays are provided for outside use

• clubhouse passes are not included in the price but can be purchased at reception at a cost of £4.50 per person over 3 years for a short stay or £9 per person over 3 for a full weeks stay

• these are family parks so no single sex parties over 4 people will be permitted to book

• park rules must always be adhered to

• linen is included in every booking

• freeview tv is available in each van

• close to Clacton seafront

• most important thing to remember - enjoy you stay ☺️

We offer easy affordable payment plans for your holiday from the day you book right up to 14 days prior to your arrival date? £50 non Refundable deposit will secure your booking then weekly/monthly instalments to suit you until it’s paid in full. 

Late bookings within two weeks of arrival must be made in full at the time of booking.

 A refundable damages deposit is required on all hires which is refunded upon inspection after your departure should there be no damage.
